Our Mission

With your support of Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, our mission “to care for and improve the health of those we serve with a special concern for the poor and the vulnerable” moves forward.

Since the Daughters of Charity founded Seton more than a century ago, we have been transforming care with the help of generous community support. The Daughters in voice and action have been a constant guide.

Here in Central Texas, Seton was the first to provide neonatal intensive care, heart transplants, Level I trauma care, and a top pediatric hospital in Dell Children’s Medical Center. Dell Seton Medical Center at UT is the next step to the future of care that delivers the best and leaves no one behind.
