The Fifty

The Fifty logo
We are 50 Austinites with a common vision for the future of health care in Central Texas.

As leaders from the wide array of industries that have transformed Austin into the premier place to live, we will help build an innovative, state-of-the-art medical community where research and technology combine to make Austin the premier place to receive medical care.

The anchor of this medical community will be a new teaching hospital: Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas.

How will the Fifty change the future of health care?

We focus our efforts on supporting the $50 million fundraising campaign to build Dell Seton Medical Center at UT.

  • We host an annual fundraiser that benefits construction and equipment for the new teaching hospital.
  • We engage key stakeholders in the community.
  • We educate and inform citizens.

How to join The Fifty

Membership in The Fifty is by invitation only. To be considered for membership, or to nominate an up-and-coming community leader, contact the Dell Seton Fundraising Team at (512) 324-7990.
